Alvor Inc. (“Alvor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit our website, use our platform, or engage with our services.
Account information. When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and password.
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device information such as browser type and operating system.
Communications. When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the information you provide in your message, including your name, email, and any additional details you share.
Cookies and tracking. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns. For analytics we use Google Analytics and PostHog (hosted in the EU). Google Analytics is gated behind your consent. PostHog runs a cookieless, anonymous visitor measurement by default (no cookies, nothing stored on your device, a short-lived server-generated identifier) under our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used; it is first-party and not used to track you across other sites, and you can opt out at any time by choosing “Reject” or using Cookie Settings. Accepting upgrades PostHog to full, cookie-based analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details, including how to change your choice at any time.
Demo request analytics. If you accept analytics and submit a demo request, we associate the request with the domain of your work email (the part after the “@”) so we can understand which organizations are interested. We do not derive this in the cookieless mode.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools), subject to confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alvor, our users, or the public.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@alvor.io.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at privacy@alvor.io.
